Situated at the edge of Thatcham village, The Swan boasts a large and leafy outside eating area—perfect for a meal or a drink at any time of day. Grilled meat and roast chicken dishes are the centrepieces of our menu. Whether you have traditional tastes or a modern palate, there’s sure to be something to satisfy.
ABOUT OUR FOOD
Colourful, fresh, and delicious, our food is served restaurant style by friendly and knowledgeable staff. From original and interesting sharers to superb comfort food and decadent puddings, the emphasis is on quality. You’ll find pies filled with rich sauces, tender and robustly-flavoured steaks, and juicy burgers as well as our famous Red Tractor farm-assured roast chicken.
All of our ingredients are responsibly sourced, from the cod and haddock we use in our Marston’s Pedigree-battered fish ‘n’ chips to the langoustine tails in our Whitby scampi. Or the 100% fillet fish fingers on our children’s menu.
